A string of high-profile jewel heists along the Pacific Coast Highway has left the police baffled, mostly because the thief operates by a strict set of rules known as “Crime 101.” While the police suspect a connection to the cartels, Detective Lou Lubesnick follows his gut to a lone-wolf mastermind.
